There are totally 77 rooms, each 18 sqm, in the spa hotel. The rooms are on floors 1, 3 and 4, about half of them have a balcony. The room has a flat-screen TV, a radio, a telephone, free WiFi Internet access, a minibar, optional extra bed a hairdryer and bathrobes. Pets are welcome to some of the rooms. There are 2 rooms suitable for wheel-chairs.All rooms are also in single use.

The hotel has two suites.They are located on the 3rd and 4th floors. There is a lift available. The bedroom has a king-size bed, an armchair, a desk, a flat-screen TV and a balcony. The living-room has two sofas, a flat-screen TV, a minibar and a balcony. The suite has a laminate floor and is equipped with an iron and ironing board. The sofas and armchair can be converted into extra beds. A baby cot is available on request.     
The wedding night is the suite is free of charge for those couples who has their wedding party in one of Rauhalahti's restaurants or in Jätkänkämppä.

The living room has a sofa bed, two armchairs, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV and a minibar. Next to the bathroom there is a sauna, and there is also a door out from the bathroom. The apartment is equipped with a safety deposit box, a clothes drying cabinet, bathrobes, a hairdryer, and an iron and ironing board. The staircase has a child safety gate.     
     
In summer time the superior-apartments have cooling airconditioning system. There is also free WiFi Internet access. The sofa can be converted into an extra bed for 1-2 persons. Baby cots are available on request.

The studios are located in one block and they have 22 m2.The studios sleep 1- 4 persons. All studios have 22 sqm. Extra bed (sofa for two) and baby cot on request.     
     
The studios have two twin beds,a 2-seat sofa bed, shower/toilet,a flat-screen TV, mini kitchen with a microwave oven, coffeemaker, fridge, tableware for four, hairdryer, porch, air conditioning (manual cooling)., wireless internet access (WiFi). Pets are unfortunately not allowed in cthe studios     
     
There is a communicating door between two studios (suitable for instance for large families). The studios have a vinyl flooring and they all are non-smoking. Studio Hotel has its own parking place. The rates in the studios include always breakfast, free use of spa and gym and some holiday programmes.
