Spectacular terrain for rambling and jogging. Summassaari also has ideal facilities and settings for rowing, fishing, or just sunbathing the day away on the sandy beach. Cycling is also an ideal way to explore the wonders of rural environment. Winter provides the opportunity to try your hand at some cross-country and downhill skiing (slopes 4 km from hotel). Get a kick out of life with snowshoes, ice skates, sledges, ice fishing and kick-sleds!

Haikankärki is a narrow peninsula and a spectacular nature spot right beside the hotel. Take a path from the hotel yard which runs on top of a high ridge. Enjoy the magnificent scenery in all seasons. Haikankärki is also a natural heritage conservation site and popular spot for birdwatching. The Pyhä-Häkki National Park about 30 km from the hotel will introduce you to some great aspects of nature and old forests. We also recommend you to explore the Julmat Lammit Nature Reserve and Kulhavuori Mountain.

There are two Finnish saunas and a Turkish sauna in the separate spa building. The adults' pool (+28 °C) is approx. 15 metres long with different massage points and a current making device. Paddling pool for toddlers. Plenty of pampering treatments to choose from; massages, hot-stone therapy, peat-treatments, beaty treatments etc.

The restaurant with a view serves up delicious á la Carte dishes. Plentiful buffets are available at lunch and dinner times. Restaurant cabinets are well suitable for organizing party, weddings and meetings.

We have meeting rooms in different sizes up to 200 people, a wide range of catering services and accommodation in a peaceful environment. Our special strengths are variety of guided nature programs.
